Instructions
  1. Peel and cut potatoes into smaller pieces. Boil until tender. Remove from heat and drain.
  2. In large bowl use electric mixer to whip potatoes with milk, sour cream and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot as a side dish.
