Tropical Smoothie

I recently bought this blender and I highly recommend it. I didn’t have a regular size blender for quite a few years. I just used a small personal blender. I have been really into making and drinking smoothies with the grandlings lately and the little blender was no longer sufficient, so I decided to shop for a bigger blender again. See my blogs to find out what I found is new with blenders!

Can you believe it? They are actually making smoothie straws these days! These straws are wide for thick drinks, such as smoothies and milkshakes, are stainless steel and dishwasher safe!

Besides being low in fat, this simple sipper is a powerhouse in calcium. To triple the calcium hit, use calcium-fortified orange juice instead of the pineapple juice.
