Preheat oven to 400° F. Prepare cookie pan with parchment paper.
In large mixing bowl cream butter, 1/2 Cup powdered sugar and vanilla. Add flour and nuts and blend well.
Form into 1-inch balls and place on prepared cookie pans. Bake for 14-17 minutes or until they just begin to turn brown.
While still hot, roll in remaining 1/2 Cup powdered sugar; cool and roll in powdered sugar again.
