Pepperoni-Olives Cheese Dip

I like to take this recipe along to potluck with crackers. I use a pan very similar to this one. It’s important to keep it covered. Then there is this awesome insulated carrier. You could put your crackers in the top and your pan of hot dip in the bottom. Either one of these items are a great value!

Make this in a glass pan if you are taking to a pot luck and you need to warm in the microwave. This dip is for crackers such as Townhouse, Ritz crackers, etc.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl, blend all ingredients together with a mixer.
  2. Spread evenly into a lightly sprayed 9"x13" glass pan.
  3. Place sliced green olives with pimentos on top and then the pepperoni. Do not place more pepperoni than the recipe calls for. It can get very greasy!
  4. Bake uncovered in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
