Instructions
  1. Blend together flour and milk in a jar with tight fitting lid by shaking until blended. Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in milk mixture; simmer for 3 minutes. Whisk in cream cheese and 1/4 Cup Parmesan. Simmer whisking constantly for 3-5 minutes, until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat.
  2. Toss together, hot pasta, sauce, peas and ham in Large bowl. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and toss again.
  3. To freeze, place in plastic freezer bags and seal. To serve, defrost and reheat in microwave or oven.
Recipe Notes

I don't know about you, but I know for myself, I like to have multipurpose bowls that can go from freezer, to oven to table. These bowls fit just that purpose and have great reviews! They are also stylish and look great on any dinner table!
