Instructions
  1. Wash, clean, skin and debone about a 3 pound frying chicken.
  2. Place chicken in a Dutch Oven.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat rest of ingredients until liquid just begins to boil; pour over chicken.
  4. Bring liquid with chicken in Dutch Oven to a boil over medium heat again; reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
  5. Sauce may be served over rice with a little extra soy sauce.
