Instructions
  1. Cook eggs until hard boiled; about 7 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately plunge eggs into an ice water bath and peel.
  3. Cut eggs in half lengthwise, moving yolks to a medium mixing bowl.
  4. Mash yolks and add mayonnaise, and seasonings to yolks. Mix well.
  5. Pipe or spoon yolks back into egg halves and garnish with paprika, or finely chopped parsley or both.
