This is my version of the crab dip. I prefer the light version and like to add a few finely chopped vegetables.. This makes about 4 cups.

Instructions
  1. Cream yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and spices and whip to very smooth.
  2. Chop and shred imitation crab into small bits and stir into the cream cheese mixture
  3. Chop Celery and slice onions, very finely. Mince parsley and add vegetables to the crab and fold into crab mixture.
  4. Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl and chill 6-8 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve with crackers or snack bread.
