This is my version of the crab dip. I prefer the light version and like to add a few finely chopped vegetables.. This makes about 4 cups.

Ingredients
- 8 Ounces Low Fat Cream Cheese Softened
- 2 Cups Greek Yogurt (0% fat)
- 1/4 Cup Skim Milk
- 1 Pound Imitation Crab (Crab Delights)
- 1 teaspoon Onion Salt (Use 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder if watching sodium intake)
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Celery Very finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions Very finely sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley Finely minced

Instructions
- Cream yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and spices and whip to very smooth.
- Chop and shred imitation crab into small bits and stir into the cream cheese mixture
- Chop Celery and slice onions, very finely. Mince parsley and add vegetables to the crab and fold into crab mixture.
- Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl and chill 6-8 hours or overnight.
- Serve with crackers or snack bread.
