Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine water, yeast and sugar and set aside
  2. In large bowl, take pudding mix and prepare according to package directions; add butter, eggs and salt. Mix well and then add yeast mixture. Blend
  3. Gradually add flour; knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise until doubled. Punch down dough and let rise again.
  4. Roll dough out on floured board to 34"x21" in size. Take 1 Cup soft butter and spread over surface. leaving long edge unbuttered. (about 2 inches)
  5. In a bowl, mix 2 Cups brown sugar and 4 teaspoons cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the butter
  6. Roll dough very tightly; with a sharp knife, put a notch every 2 inches; cut with thread or sharp knife.
  7. Place cut rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart; take hand and lightly press down on each roll to flatten just a little. Cover and let rise until double in size again.
  8. Bake at 350° F. 15-20 minutes. Remove when they start to turn golden. Do not overbake. Cool
  9. In large bowl beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Frost rolls with cream cheese icing. Serve or store in covered container.
