A favorite recipe from my family cookbook. I got this recipe from one of my pastor's wives a long time ago. Absolutely delish! The cream soup and sour cream mixture along with the chicken juices are wonderful over mashed potatoes or rice!

Line bottom of greased baking disk with layers of smoked beef. Wrap each breast with bacon strips. Place breasts in 2 rows of 4 each on top of beef. Mix together soup and sour cream and pour over chicken; spread to completely cover.
Bake at 250 degrees for 3 hours uncovered. Chicken is done when no longer pink inside and tender.
