Instructions
  1. Beat Blue Cheese, Cream Cheese, Parsley, Brandy and Garlic in a small bowl with electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  2. Cover tightly and refrigerate 6 hours or until firm.
  3. Just before serving, shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in sesame seed. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Wrap leftovers tightly or store in airtight container in refrigerator.
