Instructions
  1. In deep fat fryer, heat oil to 375° F.
  2. Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat onion recipe soup mix flour, baking powder, eggs, mustard and beer until smooth and well blended. Let batter stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Dip Veggies N' Things into batter, then carefully drop in hot oil. Fry, turning once until golden brown, 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
