Place half the apples in the pan. Blend the remaining ingredients, except apple juice, together in medium mixing bowl. Crumble 1/2 mixture over applies in pan. Place remaining apples on top. Crumble rest of flour and sugar mixture over the top. Drizzle apple juice evenly over the top.
Bake 35-45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is golden. Serve warm with ice cream.
