This could be very low fat if you just swap out some ingredients. I will do two recipes. The original one here and another low fat one (my version) afterwards. Good for diabetics and those with heart disease. (A much healthier version)
An easy and quick recipe to serve with all the summer fruit that’s around right now. Spread over a cookie crust and load with sliced fruit and berries to make fruit pizza, or add it to cookie crust cups and top with fruit to make fruit tarts!
