This recipe is a Russian recipe from my old friend Anna who posted a lot of recipes on my old website years ago. This reminds me of the Cheese Buttons that the German-Russian immigrants in North Dakota made when I lived there. It very well could be a variation of the same recipe. It’s very good! Anna says she served these with Chicken or Smoked Farmer’s Sausage.
My grandkids are fans! They all love macaroni and cheese, from the youngest to the oldest. Of course I don’t mind it either, now and then, but my grandkids could eat it as a regular meal, sometimes, I think, with nothing else in their diet. I don’t let them get away with that of course! They always get meat and veggies to go with it.
This is sooo good! Tastes very much like Olive Garden’s Fettuccine Alfredo.
Get a taste of the far east with this beautifully put together salad! It’s American with East Indian influences. Very good! It’s a great lunch option for your lunch box or bag if you have somewhere to keep it chilled.
